To Urumqi Zhonglvdian New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Urumqi Zhonglvdian"), Nilka Zhonglvdian New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Nilka Zhonglvdian"), Kuitun Zhonglvdian New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Kuitun Zhonglvdian"), Ruoqiang County Zhonglvdian New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Ruoqiang County Zhonglvdian") increased its capital with a total amount of 9.573 billion yuan (including 4.882 billion yuan for Xinjiang Zhonglvdian and 4.691 billion yuan for Huamei Resort Company).
It is mainly used for the development and construction of the 3.5 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of Urumqi City, the 4 million kilowatt wind power and photovoltaic integration project in Nilka County, the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Kuitun City and the 4 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Ruoqiang.
It is reported that the main business of Guangyu Development is investment, development and operation of wind and solar energy. At present, the main product is electric power.
