Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Zhalute Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, issued the Notice of Project Filing on the integration project of hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol production from scenery in Tongliao.
It is reported that the project is located in Lubei Industrial Park, Zhalute Banner, Tongliao City, Zhalute Banner, Tongliao City. It is implemented by Vision Green Gas (Tongliao) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 9.84 billion yuan. The planned construction period is from 2024/03 to 2028/08.
Construction Scale and Content: The project covers an area of about 609 mu and is constructed in three phases. A set of 100000Nm ³/H electrolytic water hydrogen production plant, 300,000t/a green hydrogen synthetic ammonia production plant and 40000Nm ³/H air separation plant will be built in
the first phase;
In Phase II, a set of 100,000Nm ³/H electrolytic water hydrogen production plant, a 300,000t/a green hydrogen synthetic ammonia production plant and a 400,000Nm ³/H air separation plant will be constructed;
in Phase III, a set of 100,000Nm ³/H electrolytic water hydrogen production plant and a 300,000t/a green methanol plant will be constructed; Comprehensive building, warehouse, central laboratory, power transformation and distribution station, public workshop, water electrolysis plant, synthetic ammonia storage tank, green methanol storage tank, torch facilities and other supporting facilities are newly built in
the project. According to the investment layout of green hydrogen industry and the development of sales channels, the actual construction sequence of Phase II and Phase III will be adjusted.
