A few days ago, Conch Cement released the 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance Report. The report shows that in 2022, Conch Cement will grasp the strategic development planning objectives, empower traditional industries with industrial Internet, lead green development with innovative technology, and cultivate competitive advantages by expanding the industrial chain. During the

reporting period, Conch Cement obtained the direct supply right of cement for 228 key projects, with an increase of 57%.

As at the end of the Reporting Period, the Group still had 210 key projects, including the Beiyanjiang high-speed rail, the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway, the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed rail, the reconstruction and expansion of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and the Guinan high-speed rail.

As at the end of the reporting period, the Group's clinker production capacity was 269 million tons, cement production capacity was 388 million tons, aggregate production capacity was 108 million tons and commercial concrete production capacity was 25.5 million cubic meters. In terms

of digitalization development, the Group has built and developed a "cement industry brain" with Conch characteristics by utilizing the experience accumulated in manufacturing, equipment operation and maintenance, and operation management in the cement industry for many years, and has constructed a production-centered management platform and a finance-centered operation platform. Promote the comprehensive integration of intelligent production and operation links. In addition, the Group has successfully built an open pit mine driverless project in Wuhu Conch, which has changed the traditional mine production and operation mode, empowered the traditional industry with innovative technology, and helped improve the quality and efficiency of the main cement industry.

In terms of technological innovation to promote green development of the industry, the Group is committed to transforming the traditional cement industry into a green industry. In June 2022, based on the carbon capture project of Baimashan Cement Plant, the Group continued to develop and innovate, promoted the intelligent agricultural greenhouse project, used the carbon dioxide captured in the cement production process as agricultural gas fertilizer, realized the resource utilization of carbon dioxide, and became an important part of the urban environment "purifier" and circular economy industry chain. Promote the transformation of cement industry from "grey manufacturing" to "green intelligent manufacturing". The incorporation of Conch Environmental has further improved the industrial structure of the Group, formed a strong development synergy, achieved the integration of high-quality resources, and jointly promoted the new situation of green innovation and development of the cement industry. In terms of

industrial chain expansion, we actively lay out the new energy industry and develop green and clean energy. With the goal of achieving full coverage of decentralized photovoltaic projects in cement plants, we have accumulated 475 MW installed capacity of photovoltaic storage power generation and 272 million kWh of cumulative power generation in 2022. In Jining Conch, we have piloted the construction of the cement industry's first "zero-purchased clean energy low-carbon plant" integrating waste heat power generation, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, garbage power generation and biomass power generation, with an annual clean energy generation capacity of nearly 200 million kilowatt-hours, realizing 100% self-sufficiency of the plant's electricity consumption.
