On August 4, Trina Solar Vietnam Base 210 single crystal rods were successfully offline. Trina Solar's overseas production base has achieved a breakthrough in the main materials, laying a solid foundation for the worry-free delivery of overseas components.
On July 31, the commissioning of water, electricity and gas systems in the crystalline silicon workshop of Trina Solar Vietnam Base was completed, and the production conditions were met. At 8:30 on the morning of
August 4, the monocrystalline furnace of Vietnam Crystalline Silicon Base was fed for the first time, and the first 12-inch monocrystalline silicon rod was successfully discharged. The silicon rod was produced in a short time, the diameter of the crystal rod was well controlled, and the electrical parameters of the crystal rod were excellent, reaching the leading level in the industry.
The Vietnam base is one of the important overseas industrial bases of Trina Solar, with a monocrystalline silicon production capacity of 6.5G W, including crystal pulling, machining, slicing and silicon material processing . The silicon wafers produced are mainly used for the component manufacturing of Trina Solar Vietnam and Thailand bases.
