project is that under the action of catalyst, steel slag and cement kiln flue gas CO2 react rapidly to form stable carbonate solid and amorphous SiO2 . Olves the problem of poor stability of the steel slag, improves the activity of the steel slag, and realizes the aim of partially replacing the cement clinker. After the project is put into production, 16000 tons of carbon dioxide can be directly captured annually, 300000 tons of auxiliary cementitious materials for carbon sequestration can be produced by utilizing steel slag as a resource, and 600000 tons of high-efficiency composite admixtures can be produced. The energy consumption of the
project is low, and the cost of carbon dioxide capture per ton is only about 30 yuan, which is far lower than conventional carbon capture and utilization technology (400-600 yuan/ton); And the prepared high-activity carbon fixation auxiliary cementing material is used as an admixture to further improve the carbon reduction amount. After the above process, the price of steel slag of 10-20
yuan/ton has increased by 10 times , and it has become slag composite powder of nearly 200 yuan/ton. The emission of carbon dioxide is greatly reduced, and both economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
