. On April 9, 2023, the opening ceremony of Suzhou Sinoma Ethiopia JEMO Commercial Mixing Station was solemnly held. Yang Yihang, Minister Counsellor of Economy and Commerce of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, and the heads of Suzhou Sinoma and Sinoma International, representatives of the Ethiopian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Chinese-funded enterprises in Ethiopia attended.

Yang Yihang warmly congratulated the opening and operation of the station, and thanked many Chinese-funded enterprises, parks and social organizations for their contributions and efforts to the practical cooperation between China and Egypt. Yang Gongshen said that with the adjustment of epidemic prevention and control policies and the acceleration of the peace process in Ethiopia, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has shown a rapid growth trend, especially in the field of industrial building materials, there will be more new opportunities and new space. Suzhou Sinoma and relevant partners are good at seizing opportunities and promoting the smooth opening of commercial mixing stations, which will not only bring about the development of their own business in Africa, but also make positive contributions to the economic and social development of Ethiopia and the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.  

Suzhou Sinoma Ethiopia JEMO Commercial Mixing Station is designed to produce 400,000 cubic meters of concrete annually, and 120 and 75 mixing stations will be built in the first phase, with a planned capacity of 300,000 cubic meters of concrete. Products include various specifications of gravel, high-grade concrete, cement culverts and so on.
