From the perspective of design capacity, the average design capacity of newly transferred sand and gravel mining rights in July is 1.193 million tons. Among them, there are 2 mining rights with annual design capacity of 5 million tons ~ 10 million tons, which are located in Jiangsu Province and Hubei Province respectively; the annual capacity of other mines is below 5 million tons, including 7 mining rights with annual design capacity of 3 million tons ~ 5 million tons, 27 mining rights with annual design capacity of 1 million tons ~ 3 million tons, and 48 mining rights with annual design capacity of less than 1 million tons.

According to the transaction unit price, the average transaction unit price of 85 mining rights is 2.65 yuan per ton, the highest is 22.01 yuan per ton (located in Hainan Province, the mineral is granite for construction), and the lowest is 0.02 yuan per ton (located in Guizhou Province, the mineral is sandstone for construction).

Overall,

in July, the pace of sand and gravel mining rights transfer slowed down, the scale of mining decreased, and the cost of mining did not decrease but increased. Compared with the previous month, the volume of sand and gravel mining rights in July decreased by 10.5%, the average mining scale decreased by 48.6%, the number of large-scale and super-large-scale mining rights with annual capacity of more than 5 million tons decreased significantly, from 9 cases last month to 2 cases, and the proportion decreased from 9.5% to 2.4%. The turnover and unit price increased by 40.2% and 47.2% respectively compared with the previous month. In July, there were two transactions of sand and stone mining rights

in Chongqing, including one transaction of limestone for building stone, with an annual mining scale of 1 million tons, a transaction price of 7.66 yuan/ton, and a transfer of resource reserves of 6.244 million tons; and one transaction of sandstone for cement ingredients, with an annual mining scale of 200,000 tons, a transaction price of 3.21 yuan/ton, and a transfer of resource reserves of 1.681 million tons. Since this year, a total of 12 cases have been sold, and the scale of mining and the amount of resources sold have continued to increase.

At the same time, Guangdong Province was analyzed:

from January to July this year, 23 sand and stone mining rights were traded in Guangdong Province, ranking ninth in the country, with a total turnover of 13176.77 million yuan, ranking first in the country, including 6 mining rights with a transaction price of more than 1 billion yuan. The average transaction price was 4.06 yuan/ton, ranking ninth in the country, with a maximum of 15.28 yuan/ton and a minimum of 0.74 yuan/ton. The average annual mining scale is 7.065 million tons, ranking second in the country. Among them, there are 6 large mines with an annual output of more than 10 million tons, accounting for 54.5% of the total number of large mines in the country. It is worth mentioning that the mining scale of mining rights for gneiss and tuff is usually relatively large, while the mining scale of mining rights for limestone and sandstone is relatively small.
