As an important manufacturing industry, the cement industry is also unwilling to lag behind, relying on the opportunity of intelligent manufacturing and green development, through a series of beneficial practices and explorations, hatching a number of intelligent cement factories to lead the transformation of cement manufacturing mode.
"Intelligence is the trend of the times and the situation is pressing!" Jia Huaping, senior consultant of China Cement Network, said that under the wave of intelligent manufacturing, leading cement enterprises, including China Building Materials and Conch Group, have started their own intelligent factory construction.
For example, since the whole process intelligent cement plant was put into operation, the number of production personnel has been reduced by about 18%, the downtime of equipment has been reduced by about 20%, the production efficiency has been increased by more than 20%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources has been increased by about 5%. Energy consumption has been reduced by more than 1%, CO2 emission has been reduced by more than 25000 tons per year, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
Huzhou Huaikan South Cement 7 500 t/d clinker intelligent production line project, according to the overall planning of "intensive, green, intelligent, high-end", has established the advanced process control system of online optimization and intelligent optimization based on the production process. The whole line has a fixed number of 60 people, the designed standard coal consumption of clinker is less than 94 kg/ton, and the comprehensive power consumption of clinker is less than 42 kwh/ton. Dust emission ≤ 10mg/Nm3 , nitrogen oxide emission ≤ 100mg/Nm3 , sulfur dioxide concentration ≤ 50mg/Nm3 .
However, it needs to be clear that despite the endless emergence of intelligent cases in the cement industry, there are still many shortcomings to be improved. Jia Huaping believes that the construction of intelligent factories in the cement industry is a huge systematic project. At present, the situation at home and abroad is not very different. They are all in the initial stage. The control principle still needs to be broken through, the big data still needs to be accumulated, and the intelligent equipment still needs to be developed.
Jia Huaping suggested that intelligent factories are based on reliable equipment, mature technology, stable production, accurate online, monitoring and measurement technology. The basic things such as equipment, technology, monitoring and measurement are not only necessary for intelligent factories, but also effective for improving the operation level of existing enterprises. If these conditions are not available, before building a real intelligent cement plant, it is advisable to improve these aspects, especially some mature online monitoring and measurement control systems.
