Recently, Huaneng (Qionghai) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of more than 200 million yuan and a legal representative of Zong Qing. Business scope includes: biomass energy technology services; vegetable planting; energy storage technology services; emerging energy technology research and development.

Equity penetration shows that the company is jointly owned by Huaneng International (600011) holding company Huaneng Hainan Power Generation Co., Ltd. and SINOSING GREEN INVESTMENT PTE. LTD.
