On April 11, a 10-story building in Xuanhan, Dazhou, Sichuan collapsed suddenly. The collapsed building was located in the urban area of Xuanhan County. A cordon was set up at the scene. incident, the publicity department of Xuanhan County, Dazhou, Sichuan, said that at about 11:40 on April 11, the former Northwest Food Complex Building at No.13 Shiling Avenue, Dongxiang Street, Xuanhan County (10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, covering an area of 2100 square meters) collapsed, which was verified by the County Public Security Bureau and Dongxiang Street. No casualties were found. According to the investigation, in October 2022, the building was appraised by Xuanhan County Housing and Construction Bureau, and the conclusion was that it was a Class C dangerous building. After the appraisal, Dongxiang Street removed all 21 households and 66 people from the building and set up a cordon. At the end of 2022, the maintenance and construction team entered the site, and the construction has not been carried out recently due to the adjustment of the construction scheme.
