| China State Construction:
On April 18, China State Construction released a report showing that the total value of new contracts signed in the first quarter was 10843 billion yuan, up 20.9% year-on-year. The value of newly signed contracts for
construction business was RMB971.8 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.4%, of which RMB723.8 billion was for housing construction, representing a year-on-year increase of 15.5%, and RMB243.8 billion was for infrastructure, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.8%.
Real estate business contract sales of 112 billion 400 million yuan, an increase of 82.8% over the same period.
Since 2020, the amount of new contracts signed by China Construction in the first quarter of the past four years has been rising steadily, and this year it has directly broken through trillion yuan, achieving a great leap forward, and laying a solid foundation for its annual task target-the amount of new contracts signed exceeds 4.2 trillion yuan.
| CRCC:
On April 19, CRCC released its operating report for the first quarter of 2023. The
report shows that the newly signed contract value in the first quarter was 539.6336 billion yuan, an increase of 15.82% over the same period last year;
the newly signed contract value of project contracting business was 397.6947 billion yuan, an increase of 41.66% over the same period last year; The new contract value of
real estate development business was 20.1265 billion yuan, an increase of 81.13% over the same period last year. The
total amount of the two is 417.8212 billion yuan.
| China Energy Construction:
On April 14, China Energy Construction released its operating report for the first quarter of 2023. The
report shows that the value of new contracts signed in the first quarter was 297 billion 713 million yuan, an increase of 21.98% over the same period last year. 1191 new contracts were signed for
engineering construction business, totaling 285.53 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.05%, including 60 urban construction projects, amounting to 17.394 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.99%; 11 comprehensive transportation projects, amounting to 36.32 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.82%.
| China Chemical:
On April 13, China Chemical issued an announcement on the first quarter of 2023.
The announcement showed that the contract amount was 104 billion 597 million yuan, an increase of 0.66% over the same period last year.
Construction contracting business signed 822 new contracts, totaling 99.959 billion yuan, an increase of 0.94% over the same period last year. Among them, 95 new infrastructure contracts were signed, totaling 16.727 billion yuan.
