of Dongfang Risheng, first introduced the Nanbin Base 15GW (Phase I) at the ceremony: the project is located in Baizhangtang Block of Ningbo South Binhai Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 15.2 billion yuan and a land area of about 1448 mu . Since its construction, Nanbin Base has lasted for one year, thanks to the care, help and strong support of the leaders and the sincere unity and joint efforts of all the project personnel.
