12月7日上午，四川双马宜宾水泥制造有限公司超低排放SCR项目竣工投运仪式举行。2号水泥生产线超低排放技术改造项目于今年8月份正式启动，12月5日正式投入运行，环保排放指标达到A级目标，1号生产线预计明年1月正式投运。两条生产线正式投运每年可减少氮氧化物排放150吨，成为川南地区建材行业首家超低排放生产线，为加快企业转型升级，积极推动绿色循环低碳发展，改善区域生态环境具有重要意义。
