Recently, the 2023 Annual Meeting of New Tianshan Cement Commercial Mixing and Aggregate Business was successfully held in Nanjing. Xiao Jiaxiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Co., Ltd., secretary of the Party Committee and vice chairman of New Tianshan Cement, attended the meeting and made a speech; Zhao Xinjun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of New Tianshan Cement, attended the meeting and deployed relevant work; Sui Yumin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Co., Ltd., deputy secretary of the Party Committee of New Tianshan Cement, and Hu Jinyu, chief economist of China National Building Material Co., Ltd. Wang Chen, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of New Tianshan Cement, attended the meeting and carried out the warning education of honesty and self-discipline. At the meeting, Chen Xiaohe made a work report from seven aspects, including commercial mixing business analysis, aggregate business analysis, benchmarking evaluation, aggregate project management, survival and development, and target tasks for 2023. East China Materials, Three Lions Materials, Anyang Zhonglian, Bengbu Zhonglian and Nanjing Commercial Mixed Platform have exchanged experiences.
Zhao Xinjun made a report entitled "Focus on improving quality and efficiency, practice three fine management and go all out to complete the annual business objectives and tasks", summarized the achievements and shortcomings in 2022, and put forward five work requirements for the management of commercial aggregate business in 2023: First, focus on the construction of core profit areas, and strive to create new competitive advantages in the industrial chain; Second, we should practice the "three fine management" and make every effort to promote business reform and optimization; third, we should continuously improve the driving ability of innovation and build differentiated competitive advantages; fourth, we should stick to the bottom line consciousness and make every effort to ensure high-quality development; fifth, we should strengthen the construction of cadres and further promote the deep integration of Party building and business management.
Wang Chen carried out a warning education on integrity and discipline, reported the handling of violations of rules and regulations in the field of commercial aggregate business and the clues to reflect the problems, analyzed the typical cases, and put forward three requirements: first, to recognize the identity and strengthen the identity recognition of state-owned enterprise personnel; second, to be strict in discipline and take the lead in respecting and abiding by the rules; Third, we should strengthen our style of work so as to be honest and responsible.
Xiao Jiaxiang made a speech entitled "Adhering to Goal-oriented and Problem-oriented and Effectively Improving the Development Quality and Management Level of Commercial Aggregate Business", requiring that three aspects of work be focused on in 2023: First, fully understand the importance, arduousness and urgency of grasping the commercial aggregate business, and promote the innovation of system and mechanism. Gradually optimize the operation idea of commercial mixed aggregate. The second is to integrate and regionalize the layout, consolidate the national market position of commercial aggregate business, give full play to the advantages of the existing industrial layout, and enhance the competitiveness of the industrial chain. Third, we should adhere to the goal orientation and problem orientation, and comprehensively improve the quality of business development. Seven key tasks were deployed, including improving and strengthening the benchmarking assessment system, establishing a standardized, specialized and digital management system, and establishing a market-oriented incentive and distribution mechanism.
The meeting also invited Zhang Liqun from the Macroeconomic Research Department of the Development Research Center of the State Council to analyze the macroeconomic situation in 2023 and interpret the spirit of the two sessions, and Li Hua from the Aggregate Network made an analysis of the situation of the aggregate industry.
The meeting was held on the spot.
