Reach the international advanced level! Appraisal Meeting of Project Achievements of "Research and Application of Key Technologies of Dust and Nitrate in One Box" Held

2023, China Building Materials Federation organized the achievement appraisal meeting of the project "Research and Application of Key Technologies of Dust and Nitrate in One Box" jointly completed by Henan Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. Experts

at the meeting reviewed relevant information, inspected the production site, listened to the report of the project team, and after inquiry and discussion, they all believed that the overall results of the project had reached the international advanced level.

The project has innovatively designed and developed a high-temperature metal filter bag dust removal module and SCR denitrification technology module in a one-box flue gas treatment system to ensure that the NOx emission concentration is less than 50 mg/Nm3 . Ammonia escape < 2.5mg/Nm3 , system pressure loss < 1050Pa, system temperature drop < 5 ℃, and remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.

It is understood that from April 2020, the "Dust and Nitrate One Box SCR Denitrification Project" has gone through the process route selection, on-site inspection, feasibility study report review, laboratory blowing test, preliminary design review and other links, and started the project design, production, manufacture and installation in May 2021. In November of the same year, it was applied in the 5000t/d cement clinker production line of Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. and has been running steadily for more than one year. The emission concentration of NOx was 4. 2 mg/m3 and the nitrogen escape was 0. 23 mg/m3 , which realized the efficient treatment of nitrogen oxides and dust particles in cement kiln. The project passed the acceptance on July 15, 2022.

At present, the cement industry is in a critical period of green and high-quality development, and ultra-low emission technology will become the "standard" of domestic cement enterprises. "SCR denitrification project" effectively solves the problem of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides and dust particles, and is expected to play an important role in the green development process of cement industry.

In order to promote the green development process of the cement industry and promote the progress of the industry, China Cement Network will hold the "China Cement Industry Green Development Summit Forum and Ultra-clean Emission Technology Exchange Conference" in Changsha, Hunan Province, on April 24-25, 2023. After the meeting, we will visit Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. and the first set of international "one-box SCR denitrification project" , and invite industry experts, cement and related enterprises to come to exchange and learn!
