On April 18, the National Bureau of Statistics released economic data for January-March 2023. In the first quarter, the added value of industries above the national scale increased by 3.0% year-on-year, 0.3 percentage points faster than that in the fourth quarter of last year. From January to March

2023, the output of solar cells ( photovoltaic cells) in China was 43.2 million kilowatts . The output in March was 105.26 million kilowatts , up 53.2% year on year.

From January to March, the national solar power generation reached 61.2 billion kWh, up 11.8% year-on-year; in March, the solar power generation reached 24.3 billion kWh, up 13.9%

year-on-year.
