Wuhai Base of China Glass Holdings was awarded the honorary title of "Green Factory"

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced the list of "Green Manufacturing Demonstration Units" at the autonomous region level in 2023, and the Wuhai Base of China Glass Holdings was selected and awarded the honorary title of "Green Factory".

In recent years, Wuhai Base of China Glass Holdings actively conforms to the national development concept of low carbon, green, energy saving and environmental protection, and strives to build a high-quality float glass production base. At present, there is a 600t/d high-quality float glass production line with coke oven gas as the main fuel. At the same time, it is equipped with 4.5 MW waste heat power generation system and perfect environmental protection facilities. It is planning to build a photovoltaic ultra-white rolled glass production line, expand to the new energy field, and gradually form a green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly and energy-saving glass production and processing base. The base actively responds to the national "14th Five-Year Plan", makes every effort to promote the construction of green manufacturing system, practices the development concept of "green sustainability", focuses on green and high-quality development, and actively promotes the establishment of "green factories".
