Its predecessor is Chenzhou Liangtian Cement Plant, which was established in 1988 as a collective ownership enterprise in Liangtian Town; In 2004, Chenzhou Liangtian Cement Plant was restructured into a limited liability company after assets verification and assets evaluation, and the restructuring plan was approved by the People's Government of Suxian District, Chenzhou City. The 1 # clinker production line has been running continuously for 17 years since 2006, with backward equipment configuration and high energy consumption. It has stopped production at the end of 2022 and has been idle until the base date of evaluation.
In addition, the idle assets of two 2500t/d clinker production lines of Hunan Pingtang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. were also successfully sold recently, with a turnover of 36.79 million yuan.
It is understood that Hunan Pingtang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. has two idle assets of 2500t/d clinker production line, which was officially shut down in July 2016. After the shutdown, the equipment and structures have been idle for a long time without regular maintenance, maintenance and technical transformation, which can no longer meet the production requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, and some of the equipment and facilities are now rusted. Some facilities are seriously rusted and have potential safety hazards.
