The English stock short name of the shares of the Company traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CHINARES CEMENT" "to" CR BLDG MAT TEC "" and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "CR Cement Holdings" to "CR Building Material Technology" with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 8 December 2023. The Company's stock code "1313" remains unchanged.
