Operation period 0 HTML0 UNK2 1 (1) Waste gas 0 HTML0 UNK2 2 Major environmental impacts: The waste gas generated after the completion and operation of this project mainly includes the waste gas from the cement kiln inlet and the organic waste gas generated during the storage of organic contaminated soil. This project is based on the existing Phase I 1 # 4500t/d clinker cement production line of Anhui Panjing Cement Co., Ltd. After the implementation of the project, the total amount of particulate matter, SO2 and NOx has not changed. Emission of fluoride, hydrogen chloride, mercury and its compounds, thallium + cadmium + lead + arsenic and its compounds (calculated by Tl + Cd + Pb + As), beryllium + chromium + tin + antimony + copper + cobalt + manganese + nickel + vanadium and its compounds (calculated by Be + Cr + Sn + somebody + Cu + Co + Mn + Ni + V), dioxin and non-methane total hydrocarbon pollutants are added after the construction of the Project. 0 HTML0 UNK2 3 Countermeasures and measures: The waste gas at the kiln inlet is discharged through a 90m high chimney (DA037) after being purified by "staged combustion + wet desulfurization + SCR denitration + bag-type dust collector", and the dust removal efficiency of the bag-type dust collector at the kiln inlet can reach more than 99%; Most of NOx and SO2 in the waste gas can be removed by staged combustion, wet desulfurization and SCR denitrification. There is an alkaline environment in the cement kiln. HCl reacts with CaO in the kiln to form CaCl2, which is carried out of the kiln with clinker. More than 97% of HCl will be absorbed by alkaline substances in the kiln, and 3% of chlorine will be discharged in the form of HCl; HF and CaO formed in the burning process of fluorine-containing raw materials and fuels will be solid melted in the clinker, and about 90 ~ 95% of F element will be taken out of the kiln with the clinker; A large number of heavy metals are solidified in the cement clinker, and some of them enter the flue gas. The bag-type dust collector can remove heavy metal particles well, and the removal efficiency is about 99% except for Hg, and the removal efficiency of Hg is about 10%; The modern new dry cement incineration process has great advantages in inhibiting the generation of dioxins. The moisture content of the contaminated soil in the clay bin is about 20%, and there is almost no dust. The particulate waste gas in the clay bin is not considered in this assessment. The organic waste gas generated during the storage of organic contaminated soil in the clay silo was collected by closed negative pressure (collection efficiency of 90%), and then treated by activated carbon adsorption device. The adsorption effect of activated carbon adsorption device on organic waste gas could reach more than 90%, and the treated organic waste gas could be discharged through a 15 m high exhaust funnel. The project relies on the hazardous waste reservoir in the plant area. According to the site survey, the existing hazardous waste reservoir has been subject to key anti-seepage according to the requirements. The general anti-seepage area mainly includes the clay bin and the vehicle washing wastewater sedimentation tank. The vehicle washing wastewater sedimentation tank is the supporting project. At present, the vehicle washing wastewater sedimentation tank has been subject to anti-seepage according to the requirements; The simple anti-seepage area mainly includes the office area and the laboratory. As the supporting project, the simple anti-seepage has been carried out according to the requirements. 0 HTML 0 UNK3 5 After necessary anti-seepage measures are taken for the clay silo of this project in accordance with the requirements of the above relevant standards, the impact on groundwater is very small due to poor permeability. Under normal conditions, the clay bin will be subject to anti-seepage treatment, which has little impact on the soil, thus reducing the environmental risk of pollutants entering the soil and groundwater at the source. Therefore, under normal conditions, there will be no pollution leakage.
