In order to alleviate the pressure of inventory and improve the relationship between supply and demand in the market, Hebei Building Materials Industry Association issued a work notice for cement clinker production enterprises in the whole province to carry out industry self-discipline peak staggering production, which lasted from August 10 to 24 and stopped kilns for 15 days.
