Fuyao University of Science and Technology is located in Liuzhou Island, Nanyu Town, Fuzhou High-tech Zone, close to Fuzhou University Town and Haixi High-tech Industrial Park. The school started construction in May 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of October this year, with full enrollment in the autumn of 2024.

On the principle of abiding by the national enrollment policy, excellent students are selected independently.

The school plans to recruit students globally, and the enrollment criteria are based on the top 5% of domestic universities, and the enrollment of foreign students should also follow this ratio.
