At the same time, due to the special working conditions of complex sections such as high pier section, tunnel section, adjacent existing line construction, overpass and underpass of existing busy railway and highway trunk line, which have not been faced by maglev line construction for the first time in this project, especially the limited space for track panel and concrete hoisting and transportation in complex sections, the existing equipment for traditional maglev track laying can not meet the normal construction requirements. There is no successful experience to draw lessons from, and the project construction is extremely difficult.

To this end, the company's joint project set up a scientific and technological research team, successfully set up the project "Research on High Efficiency Construction of Medium and Low Speed Maglev Track Engineering and Installation and Construction Technology of Maglev Turnout", and completed various research and development and test work from the aspects of process optimization, equipment development and tool development. The problem of low efficiency of material transportation and construction in complex areas has been solved smoothly. According to statistics, the project has applied for 18 patents, and many achievements have won provincial and ministerial awards for excellent construction methods and scientific and technological progress.

According to Zheng Wu, the construction manager of Qingyuan Maglev Track Project of the 11th Bureau of China Railway, fine adjustment will be carried out after the completion of the laying of the maglev track panel, so that the track direction and elevation error will be controlled at plus or minus 0.5 mm to ensure the smoothness of the line, so that the maglev train will run more smoothly and passengers will have better comfort when taking the train.
