万年青公布2022年年度报告，2022年公司实现营业收入112.82亿元，同比下降20.58%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.88亿元，同比下降75.64%，基本每股收益为0.49元。报告期内，公司水泥产量2124.78万吨，同比下降13.93%；销售水泥 2117.66 万吨，同比下降13.60%；熟料销量356.73万吨，同比增长12.30%。
公告显示，公司生产经营业绩主要受生产制造所需原材料价格、国家宏观经济政策、错峰生产、业务覆盖地区固定投资等多方面因素驱动，周期性、季节性、区域性特征较为明显。
