On April 10, at 11:18 a.m. local time in Mongolia, the cement clinker production line of Mengxin Company was ignited and resumed production as scheduled. The combination of the

previous epidemic and the once-in-a-century extremely cold and snowstorm weather in Mongolia has caused great difficulties and challenges to the resumption of production of Mengxin Company. In the face of many unfavorable factors, Mengxin Company, under the leadership of New Tianshan Cement and Sinoma Cement and the guidance of technical specialist, United as one, faced difficulties and completed a series of preparatory work before ignition in an orderly manner under the difficult environment of minus 30 degrees. The leading group of the enterprise actively organized and convened the coordination meeting and meeting for resumption of production, sorted out the problems and discussed the solutions; The equipment maintenance personnel were fearless of the severe cold, fulfilled their duties and responsibilities, checked the materials, made plans, went to the site, eliminated potential safety hazards, and provided safe and stable conditions for resumption of production. Since the cement mill was restarted as planned on March 20, the enterprise has carried out marketing work synchronously, developed new local market demand while maintaining old customers, and created a good market environment for resumption of production.
