508 On May 10, 2021, our office issued the Announcement on Capacity Confirmation of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. (Su Gongxin Material [2021] No.199). It is proposed to replace the production capacity of the cement clinker production line (rotary kiln, Ø 4.8 × 72 m, 1 set) with a daily output of 5000 tons by China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. to Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Due to the change of capacity acceptance place, our department issued the Announcement on Confirmation of Capacity of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. on December 8, 2021. (Su Gong Xin Material [2021] No.199), Anhui Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, where the cement clinker production capacity of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. is accepted, are changed to Anhui Province and Fujian Province. Influenced and restricted
by relevant local industrial policies, the construction projects of cement clinker production lines in Anhui and Fujian provinces have not been implemented, and the capacity replacement scheme has not been implemented. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.2021), after the application of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd., the Industrial and Information Bureau of Qixia District of Nanjing City and the Industrial and Information Bureau of Nanjing City have examined and reported to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Announcement on Capacity Confirmation of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. (Su Gong Xin Material [2021] No.199) and the Announcement on Changes to the Announcement on Capacity Confirmation of China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. (Su Gong Xin Material [2021] No.199) (Su Gong Xin Material [2021] No.589) are hereby revoked.
