It is reported that on July 20, 2023, the liquidation team of Danlin Cement Co., Ltd. of Mudanjiang submitted an application to the court, claiming that it had not taken over any property, accounts and important documents of Danlin Cement Direct Sales Co., Ltd., and that no property under the name of Danlin Cement Direct Sales Co., Ltd. had been found after investigation. Therefore, it applied to the court for the termination of the compulsory liquidation procedure of Danlin Cement Direct Sales Department II on the grounds that it could not be liquidated.

It is understood that Mudanjiang Danlin Cement Co., Ltd. was established on April 13, 2002, located in Wudao, Mahe Township, Ning'an City, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, and its business scope is to produce cement and cement products. The business term is from April 13, 2002, and the current business status of industrial and commercial registration is existence.
