On August 7, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a circular on the issuance of the second batch of catalogues of technologies and products (the second batch) to encourage the promotion and application of petrochemical industry. The notice includes a number of hydrogen energy-related technology products:

large-scale pressure swing adsorption gas separation technology

through the development of high-performance and efficient adsorbents, high-frequency and large-diameter program-controlled valves, large adsorption towers with uniform airflow distribution, and pipeline systems with flow rate control functions. High efficiency and low energy consumption pressure swing adsorption gas separation technology, intelligent expert control and diagnosis system have been formed, which can effectively improve the recovery rate of hydrogen purification and reduce the energy consumption of carbon dioxide capture. The hydrogen

purification scale can reach 200,000-1,000,000 Nm3/H, and the decarburization scale can reach 200,000-300,000 Nm3/H. The recovery rate of hydrogen purified from refinery reforming gas exceeds 92%, which is 2% -4% higher than that of the existing technology; the recovery rate of hydrogen purified from shift gas exceeds 90%, which is 1% -2% higher than that of the existing technology; the energy consumption of carbon dioxide capture is 12% -16% lower than that of the MEA absorption method of the same scale.

This technology has been applied in petrochemical industry, modern coal chemical industry, iron and steel, metallurgy, energy, environmental protection and other industries.

Through the development of key equipment such as non-catalytic partial oxidation reformer coupled with reflux zone and plug flow zone, thin-end high-efficiency long-life burner, impact-cooled flexible tube-plate fire-tube boiler, and the complete technology of green and efficient conversion of methane-rich gas to synthesis gas, the technology of green and efficient conversion of methane-rich gas to synthesis gas can be realized. The method realize large-scale clean and efficient conversion of low-carbon hydrocarbon resources such as natural gas, coke oven gas, raw coal gas and that like, solve the engineering technical problems of short service life of a burner, easy overtemperature of a dome shell of a convert, cracking of a tube plate of a fire tube boiler and the like in the process of preparing synthesis gas by non-catalytic conversion of methane-rich gas, And provide technical support for the low-carbon green development of energy, chemical, steel and other industries.

Taking the raw material of coke oven gas as an example, the content of effective gas (CO + H2) is 94.4%, the consumption of coke oven gas is 784 Nm3/kNm3 (CO + H2), the consumption of oxygen is 174 Nm3/kNm3 (CO + H2), and the conversion rate of hydrocarbons is 98.8%. The service life of the process burner and the flexible tubesheet of the waste heat boiler is more than 3 years and 6 years respectively. Compared with the similar technology, the effective gas component is increased by 4.3%, the unit effective gas raw material consumption is reduced by 8.6%, the unit effective gas oxygen consumption is reduced by 5.9%, the hydrocarbon conversion rate is increased by 3%, and the service life of the process burner and the flexible tube plate of the waste heat boiler is increased by 2 years and 4 years respectively.
