On August 9, the Fourth Bureau of China Construction issued a statement on the situation of illegal enterprises counterfeiting their subsidiaries. The following is the original text of the statement:
Recently, some lawless elements registered the enterprise as a subsidiary of the Fourth Bureau of China Construction by forging relevant materials and other means, and carried out business in the name of the subsidiary of the company. According to the comprehensive investigation of the Company, the following four companies and their subsidiaries at all levels are fake state-owned enterprises, which have no affiliation or equity relationship with the Company, nor any investment, cooperation, business and other relationships. All their actions have nothing to do with the Company, and the Company does not assume any form of legal liability.
The Company solemnly warns the relevant lawbreakers to immediately stop the above illegal and criminal acts and eliminate the impact. The Company will continue to seriously investigate the liability of the above companies and related personnel who infringe upon the rights and interests of our company through legal channels, including but not limited to criminal, civil and other legal liabilities, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Company. All sectors of society should be vigilant and pay attention to risk prevention. If they find their illegal and criminal acts, please report them to the public security organs as soon as possible.
