On August 8, the successful candidates for the procurement of inverters for the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Luopu, a clean energy base in southern Xinjiang, were announced.
The project is divided into two bid sections, and the successful candidates are as follows:
bid section 1:
the first successful candidate is Digital China, with a bid price of 64.2048 million
yuan; the second successful candidate is TBEA, with a bid price of 63.9119 million yuan;
The third successful candidate is Sunshine Power Supply, with a bid price of 63.2218 million yuan.
Bid Section 2:
the first successful candidate is TBEA, with a bid price of 63.9119 million yuan;
the second successful candidate is Digital China, with a bid price of 64.2048 million yuan;
The third successful candidate is Sunshine Power Supply, with a bid price of 63.2218 million yuan.
The announcement shows that due to the uncertainty of the module cell 182 or 210, the bidder is required to provide one inverter for each of the two cells, and one of them will be selected for supply after the module manufacturer is determined; The total AC output power (nominal) of the supplied inverter shall not be less than 501 MW. For example, 501.6 sets shall be provided for 300kW and 1568 sets shall be provided for 320kW. The power of other inverters can be converted by the Bidder. The Bidder shall fully consider the capacity ratio of the project. If Y terminal is required, the Bidder shall provide supporting equipment.
In addition to photovoltaic inverters, the bidding scope of the project also includes 152 sets of sub-array communication cabinets, 1 set of monitoring system and special tools. The place of
supply is the site of CGN 1000 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Luopu County, Hotan City, Xinjiang Province.
The delivery time is from September 10, 2023 to October 20, 2023.
