On August 7, according to the announcement of the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province and the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province on the list of cement grinding devices above φ3.2m built in Shandong Province (the first batch), the cement grinding devices with no objection to the announcement were listed as the base number of cement grinding devices built in Shandong Province. The

list shows that the published list involves 172 cement enterprises.

According to the verification results of the provincial "two high" industries and the feedback confirmation of enterprises, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology have formulated the List of Cement Grinding Devices above φ3.2m in Shandong Province (the first batch), which is now publicized. The publicity period is from August 7 to August 18, 2023. During the period of publicity, if citizens, legal persons or other organizations have objections to the enterprises and devices in the list, they may report them to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology through the following supervisory telephone and e-mail. this public announcement is used as the base number list of cement grinding devices built in our province. The irregularities existing in the projects affiliated to the plant shall be rectified in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province on Issuing Several Measures to Resolutely Curb the Blind Development of the "Two High" Projects (Lu Zheng Ban Zi [2021] No.98) and other relevant requirements. Nine departments, such as the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, shall issue public announcements of continued retention, implementation or closure and withdrawal of projects that have no problems and have been rectified in place.
