the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, The selection is based on the working procedures and relevant requirements of the Notice of Comprehensive Evaluation and Management Measures for Manufacturing Head Goose Enterprises in Henan Province (2022-2025) (Henan Industry and Information Technology Regulation No.2022 61) and the Notice of Henan Industry and Information Technology Department on the Declaration of Manufacturing Head Goose Enterprises in Henan Province in 2023 (Henan Industry and Information Technology Regulation No.2023 92). Recommended by the competent departments of industry and information technology of provincial municipalities, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Airport District, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized experts to conduct material evaluation.
According to the above documents, the declaration conditions of Touyan enterprises are manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province. Among the eight dominant industries of iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical industry, building materials, equipment, automobile, textile and food, enterprises with business income of more than 3 billion yuan in 2022; Among the seven emerging industries of new generation information technology, high-end equipment, new materials, biomedicine, new energy, intelligent networking and new energy vehicles, energy conservation and environmental protection, enterprises with business income of more than 500 million yuan in 2022. According to
the Implementation Plan of Carbon Peak in Building Materials Industry, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of cement clinker will be reduced by more than 3% during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and key industries such as cement will be included in the national carbon emission trading market. It is urgent for cement enterprises to establish carbon emission management system and improve the ability of carbon asset management.
To this end, China Cement Network will hold the "2023 Cement'Double Carbon 'Conference and the 10th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference" in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, to help the cement industry move towards a lower carbon, more energy-saving and greener high-quality development.
