The case information disclosure form shows that Tiancheng Cement Co., Ltd. of Wulian County produces Portland fly ash cement that does not meet the national standard. According to Article 49 of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 32 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, the Market Supervision Bureau of Rizhao City ordered the enterprise to stop producing fly ash Portland cement that does not meet the national standard, and imposed a fine of 288,000 yuan.
