Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Henan Province issued a public announcement on the approval of the environmental impact report of the new dry clinker cement production line project of Ruzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group on August 4, 2023.
The announcement shows that the existing one 2000t/d cement clinker production line of Ruzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group and the existing one 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Tianrui Cement Group Co., Ltd. will be demolished through relocation and upgrading. A 6000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line will be built in the existing open space on the south side of the plant area of Ruzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group, a set of 12 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system will be built, and a 4.4km long limestone conveyor belt corridor will be built. The project adopts the second generation of intelligent new dry pre-decomposition production process, which has remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effects. The total investment of the project is 180 million yuan, and the total investment in environmental protection is 123.3 million yuan, accounting for 6.85% of the total investment.
According to the relevant provisions of the approval procedures for environmental impact assessment of construction projects, after deliberation, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Henan Province intends to make approval opinions on the relocation, upgrading and transformation of the new dry process clinker cement production line project of Ruzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group with a daily output of 6000 tons. In order to ensure the seriousness and fairness of the approval opinions, the basic information of the EIA documents for the project of relocation, upgrading and transformation of the new dry clinker cement production line with a daily output of 6000 tons of Ruzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group is now publicized.
