At present, according to their respective responsibilities, the local town streets, the competent authorities of the mechanism sand and gravel industry, the supervision and relevant law enforcement departments have carried out the special renovation work of the mechanism sand and gravel production and operation. Focus on the implementation of "whether the procedures are complete, whether taxes and fees are paid, what problems exist in environmental protection or safety production, and what measures should be taken to rectify, ban or investigate". A working group composed of personnel from natural resources, public security, traffic police, transportation, taxation and other departments is carrying out standardized management and verification of sand and gravel resources in towns and streets, stopping and banning open-air production and the production and operation of sand and gravel without legal procedures, and urging the collection of taxes and fees for the production and operation of sand and gravel in stock.
Next, the special class on the standardized management of sand and gravel resources in the district will continue to strengthen the overall dispatch and make every effort to promote the work. First, vigorously promote the incorporation of sand and gravel resources into public resources platform transactions, put them in an appropriate and orderly manner, and further standardize the market order; second, strengthen the collection of sand and gravel resources taxes and fees, increase the collection of mineral resources taxes and land use taxes in the sand and gravel industry, and simultaneously achieve the dual objectives of project implementation and fiscal revenue increase; Thirdly, relevant law enforcement departments should be organized to investigate and punish the acts of refusing to pay taxes and fees for the production and operation of sand and gravel in stock, refusing to stop the illegal production and operation of sand and gravel, illegal mining and illegal transportation of sand and gravel resources in accordance with the law and regulations, so as to establish a standardized and orderly order for the management of sand and gravel resources.
