In order to further promote the implementation of the "4335" guiding principle of China National Building Material Group, deepen the corporate governance concept of "realizing equity management by dispatching directors and supervisors", and establish a two-way communication mechanism between the group headquarter s and the dispatched directors and supervisors, China National Building Material Group held a communication and exchange meeting on August 4. Chang Zhangli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhi Xiao, Assistant General Manager and Director of Science and Technology Management Department of the Group, Wang Yulin, Director of CDO and Digital Management Center of the Group (Stock), and full-time directors, supervisors and part-time external directors of the Group attended the meeting. Chang Zhangli affirmed the work of dispatching directors and supervisors from three aspects: the management mechanism of directors and supervisors, team building and performance service support, and made requirements for the next key work. One is to strengthen top-level design. All departments and offices of the Group should further strengthen their support, select and strengthen the external team of directors and supervisors, carry out business support accurately and efficiently, and coordinate to promote the work of directors and supervisors. The second is to strengthen internal drive. The dispatched directors and supervisors should adhere to the leadership of the Party, constantly improve their ideological standing, enhance their performance quality, and pay great attention to preventing and defusing risks. Third, strengthen support for landing. Enterprises at all levels should continue to strengthen the standardized operation of the board of directors, attach great importance to and actively implement the opinions and suggestions of external directors and supervisors, and further enhance the level of performance support.
At the meeting, the heads of 11 relevant functional departments of the Group made exchanges and speeches, introducing the key work of the departments, interpreting important policies, and explaining the matters that need the attention and support of external directors and supervisors. The full-time directors and supervisors and part-time external directors of the Group who attended the meeting shared their experience in performing their duties, and offered suggestions on how to further play the role of external directors and supervisors. The two member enterprises, Sinoma International and Xinjiang Cement , exchanged their experience in establishing a closed-loop mechanism for the opinions and suggestions of external directors and supervisors. The
communication and exchange meeting was held in the form of live and video, with a total of 1 main venue and 16 sub-venues, and online live broadcasting. More than 100 people attended the meeting, including the heads of 11 functional departments and related personnel of the group headquarters, 22 directors and supervisors serving as secretaries of enterprises and responsible comrades of performance guarantee departments.
