Recently, the commissioning ceremony of Anjia Assembly Construction Rwanda Co., Ltd. with an annual output of one million tons of cement plant project was held in Muhan Processing Industry Park, Southern Rwanda Province. Wang Xuekun said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Luxembourg, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has been deepening and expanding. The historic exchange of visits between the heads of state of China and Luxembourg in 2017 and 2018 has injected strong impetus into the development of bilateral relations, and the two countries have carried out practical cooperation in infrastructure, high-quality development, industrialization and other fields, and achieved fruitful results. Ambassador Wang pointed out that after the cement plant project of Anjia Prefabricated Construction Rwanda Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, the annual output of cement could reach more than one million tons, which could not only meet the local market demand of Rwanda, but also radiate the markets of neighboring countries. President Kagame said that the Anjia Prefabricated Building Cement Plant Project will provide a strong boost to Rwanda's transformation and development, and further promote Rwanda's urbanization development, infrastructure construction and employment problems. All along, Rwanda and China have enjoyed close and friendly relations and fruitful cooperation in various fields.
