Recently, some lawless elements falsely used the name of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. to develop their own APP client "China Resources Power", and conducted illegal financing by releasing high-return financing projects such as "Wind and Solar Energy Storage Project" and "Small Solar Energy System Project". This act seriously infringes on the goodwill of our company, constitutes infringement, is deliberate fraud, damages the public interest, and is suspected of criminal offences. In this regard, our company solemnly declares as follows:

First, our company's official channels are the official website (https://www.cr-power.com/) and the WeChat public number "China Resources Power", in addition, there are no other official network channels. Our company has not authorized or used any other websites, APPs, WeChat public numbers, micro-blogs and other online forms to engage in any financing activities or sell financial products in the name of "China Resources Power".

2. Illegal elements use the false APP client "China Resources Power" to publish the content and engage in all acts on the relevant web pages, which have nothing to do with China Resources Power. Investors are advised to be vigilant, carefully distinguish and pay attention to fraud prevention. If they have suffered losses, they should report the case to the public security organs immediately.
