Recently, Suzhou Sinoma, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma International, and "WIH Holdings" signed the "Cooperation Agreement of Esmerka Jebudu Industrial Park" in Ethiopia. It is planned to build a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6000 tons, with a tentative contract value of 600 million US dollars. It is reported that the main shareholder of WIH Holdings is Western International Holdings Limited, which belongs to China West Cement Co., Ltd., a listed company in Hong Kong, China.
