cement industry to implement ultra-low emission, but compared with capital investment, it is more difficult to reflect in the technical level, especially in the treatment of nitrogen oxides. At present, low nitrogen technology, SNCR technology, SCR technology and other denitrification technologies have emerged in China.However, due to the characteristics of high dust, high humidity and complex composition of cement waste gas, the current nitrogen oxide treatment technology still has some problems, such as low operation stability, low reliability, large amount of ammonia escape, high operation cost and unsatisfactory denitrification rate.
At the same time, according to the communication with Professor Wang Zuojie of Tianjin Cement Industry Design Institute, there is no technical route to consider the deep integration with the cement production process at present, so as to realize the emission reduction of nitrogen oxides, save energy and reduce consumption, and make necessary contributions to carbon emission reduction.
"In this regard, Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute and Tianjin China Material (Environmental Protection) Engineering and Technology Research Center began to study the new technology and equipment development of end treatment of nitrogen oxides in cement industry waste gas from 2017-FSCR instead of C1 cylinder technology of cement kiln preheater." Wang Zuojie said.
It is understood that FSCR technology is based on the gradual maturity of high-temperature filter materials, combined with the cement production process, in the most suitable operating temperature section of conventional catalysts, after completely removing dust, the catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides is implemented, that is, low-dust high-temperature SCR catalytic denitrification technology.
Wang Zuojie introduced that the technology can not only achieve zero emission of dust and ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides, but also solve the problem of heat being taken away. "High temperature filtration instead of C1 cyclone can increase the separation efficiency to 99.99%, basically recover all the dust and heat carried by the original C1 outlet, reduce the heat consumption of the system, and even have the potential to improve the clinker production capacity of the original kiln system ."; The resistance of C1 alternative equipment can completely adapt to the original air circuit system without replacing the high-temperature fan and motor, which saves more energy than other low-dust SCR systems.
