It marks that the expressway along the Yangtze River has taken a big step towards the goal of opening to traffic in 2025.
Daheba Bridge is located in Jinyang County, Liangshan Prefecture, crossing the branch ditch of Jinsha River, Chi Lugou. The bridge is a half-through concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge with a total length of 389.6 meters and a main span of 360 meters. The arch abutment of Xinshi Bank adopts reinforced concrete gravity structure. The arch abutment of Jinyang Bank adopts vertical support and diagonal support composite structure. The main arch rib has 36 segments. The total steel consumption of the arch ring is about 9600 tons, which is one of the important control projects of the Yijin section of the expressway along the Yangtze River.
For the
first time, the foundation of large-span arch bridge abutment is built in the fracture zone. The new city bank abutment is located in the fracture zone of Lianfeng. The bearing capacity of the foundation is low, and the difference between the bearing capacity of the left and right side abutments is large. The design adopts appropriate expansion of the size of the abutment to reduce the base stress. At the same time, the left and right side abutments are designed as a whole. It is the first time to adopt the combination scheme of "vertical support + inclined support" in the arch abutment foundation of large-span concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge. The cross section of Jinyang Bank terrain is steep and the bedrock is deeply buried. The design scheme of "vertical support + inclined support" greatly reduces the excavation of arch abutment foundation pit and ensures the structural safety.
To overcome the "three difficulties"
, the first is the difficulty of arch foundation construction. The arch abutment concrete of the new city bank is 11731 cubic meters in total, which belongs to mass concrete pouring. Secondly, it is difficult to construct the rock anchor cable of the cable hoisting system. Cable cranes of 145 tons are used for this bridge, and rock anchors are used for anchoring, with a total of 11000 meters of rock anchors. It is difficult to form holes due to geological fragmentation, and there are soft and hard interlayers, so it is easy to get stuck. Full root canal measures are used for drilling, and eccentric drills are used to increase the hole diameter and improve the hole-forming rate, which saves 3 months for the project duration.
Third, it is difficult to transport segments. Due to the great influence of geography and natural environment, the roads in mountainous areas are narrow and the transportation conditions are limited. It is difficult and risky to adopt the water-land integrated transportation mode due to the influence of hydrological and natural conditions in the reservoir area; Waterway transportation involves the policy impact of Sichuan and Yunnan, and the coordination is difficult.
