On April 12, the Public Resources Trading Center of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, issued a notice on the auction of a batch of sand and stone materials for dredging of four rivers, lakes and reservoirs in Qingyuan County, including Zuoxi, Nanyangxi, Xixi and Baluxi, as well as the 20-year management right for dredging. The amount of sand and stone resources that can be dredged is about 42.17 million square meters, with a starting price of 1.283 billion yuan. The auction time is 11:00 on April 19, 2023.
It is worth noting that the subject of this auction is not used as the basis for building a new sand making yard; it does not provide processing and stacking sites. After the auction is completed, the project evaluation fee of 130000 yuan and the auction commission of 38000 yuan are borne by the buyer. The auction money can be paid in three installments before December 31, 2023, with the first payment ratio not less than 30%, the second payment ratio not less than 30%, and the third payment of the remaining money.
In addition, this auction does not accept joint registration. The registration time is from April 17, 2023 to 4 P. M. on April 18, 2023. Bidders also need to pay a bid margin of 5 million yuan to the account of Zhejiang Shanshui Auction Co., Ltd.
