China Jiaotong Construction and its concerted actors in urban and rural areas hold a total of 1.285 billion shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 62.35%. China Jiaotong Construction has become the controlling shareholder of the company, and China Jiaotong Group has become the actual controller.
