In addition, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-low Emission in Cement Industry (Draft), which clearly points out that by the end of 2028, 80% of the cement clinker production capacity in China will be transformed into ultra-low emission.
