By August 4, all 30 sand dredgers in the main stream of Xinjiang River in Yugan County had completed centralized berthing at six centralized berthing points, including one at Zhuhu centralized berthing point, three at Fengshutan in Gubu, eight at Longjin in Hongjiazui, eight at Chengjia in Baima Bridge, seven at Xiashan in Xiashan and three at Zhujia in Meigang.

Through the combination of technical defense and civil air defense, it ensures that there are no sand-related ships outside the centralized berthing point of the main stream of Xinjiang River in Yugan County.
In order to fully maintain the ecological environment of the waters and comprehensively improve the water quality and water environment of rivers and lakes, the Yugan County People's Government issued a ban on sand and gravel mining in the main stream of the Xinjiang River on August 1, stopping all sand mining activities in the main stream of the Xinjiang River, and all sand mining vessels were centralized berthing according to the waters and sections. Over the past few days, the supervisors of Yugan County River Reservoir Management and Protection Center have taken active action to contact ship owners, vigorously implement centralized berthing measures, take the control of sand dredgers as an important entry point, implement the deployment of the Xinjiang River mining ban, and make every effort to maintain the ecological environment of the Xinjiang River waters.
