On August 3, Qinzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued a public announcement on the approval of the environmental impact report form for the annual selection of 500000 tons of photovoltaic ultra-white quartz sand project. The report shows that the project is located in Lihejiang Industrial Park, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 50 million yuan and a land area of about 235.67 hectares.

On July 20, 2023, our Bureau accepted the Environmental Impact Report Form of Annual Selection of 500,000 Tons of Photovoltaic Ultra-white Quartz Sand Project. After review, we intend to make approval opinions. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry Decree No.4), it is now publicized and the public is welcome to participate in the environmental protection work of construction projects. Notice of
hearing: According to Article 47 of the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, an interested party may apply for a hearing within five days from the date of publication.
