On August 5, China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. issued the latest announcement.

The announcement shows that the company intends to split its subsidiaries, China Jiaotong Highway Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., China Jiaotong First Highway Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and China Jiaotong Second Highway Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., through restructuring with Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd.
