4, Daquan Energy issued an announcement on the resignation of directors and general managers, the by-election of directors and the appointment of general managers.
The announcement said that the company had recently received written resignation reports from Mr. LONGGEN ZHANG (Zhang Longgen), director and general manager Mr. Zhou Qiangmin. For personal reasons, two senior executives, Zhang Longgen and Zhou Qiangmin, resigned from their original positions and no longer held any positions in the company. The resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors of the company.
In addition, the board of directors of the company agreed to nominate Wang Xiyu and Sun Yicheng as candidates for the third board of directors of the company, and agreed to appoint Wang Xiyu as the general manager of the company. The term of office of Wang Xiyu and Sun Yicheng shall commence from the date of approval by the shareholders' general meeting and end on the expiry date of the term of office of the third session of the Board. This matter still needs to be submitted to the third provisional shareholders'meeting of the company in 2023 for consideration.

from January 2018 to June 2019, he served as the assistant to the general manager of Xinjiang Daqo; From June
2019 to July 2020, he served as the chief technology officer of Cayman Daqo.
Since July 2020, he has served as the deputy general manager of Xinjiang Daqo.
Sun Yicheng, born in October 1994, a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residence, holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Toronto. From July
2018 to January 2020, he served as the internal control analyst of Xinjiang Daqo. Since January 2020, he has served as the manager of the investment department of Xinjiang Daqo. Since June 2020, he has served as the secretary of the board of directors of Xinjiang Daqo. During his tenure as the manager of the investment department of the Issuer, Mr.
Sun Yicheng also actually undertook the investment-related work of the Cayman Encyclopedia, and he will no longer be responsible for the affairs of the Cayman Encyclopedia after June 2020. As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Sun Yicheng does not directly hold any shares of Xinjiang Daxin New Energy Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu Guangfu, the shareholder directly holding 0.91% of the company's shares and the actual controller of the company, is a grandparent . Another shareholder who directly holds 0.91% of the company's shares and the actual controller of the company, Mr. Xu Xiang, is his uncle and nephew . In addition, it has no relationship with other shareholders and other directors, supervisors and senior managers who hold more than 5% of the company's shares.
