On August 5, Bangjie announced that it intends to introduce investor Suzhou Huanxiuhu Chasing Light Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "this round of investors") to increase capital and expand shares for its holding subsidiary Bangjie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Bangjie New Energy").

This round of investors will invest 300 million yuan in cash, of which 150 million yuan will be included in the registered capital of Bangjie New Energy, and the remaining 150 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve of Bangjie New Energy (hereinafter referred to as "this capital increase"). After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Bangjie New Energy increased from 732 million yuan to 882 million yuan, the company's shareholding ratio of Bangjie New Energy changed to 68.0272%, and the shareholding ratio of investors in this round was 17.0068%. Bangjie New Energy is still a holding subsidiary of Bangjie.

For this capital increase and share expansion, Bangjie shares said that it is conducive to expanding the capital strength of Bangjie New Energy and promoting the pace of the company's photovoltaic business expansion.

It is reported that in order to accelerate the construction of Yangzhou's annual production of 16GW N-type high-efficiency batteries and 16GW large-size photovoltaic silicon wafers, Bangjie Co., Ltd. established Sun Company Jiangshan Bangjie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Sun Company is jointly invested by Bangjie New Energy and Quzhou Xinlian New Energy Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership).
