In March this year, the whole region realized the entry of electronic seal information into the electronic license system of the Ministry of Water Resources, and had the ability to issue electronic license for river sand mining. With the issuance of the first electronic license for river sand mining in the autonomous region by the water administration department of Nandan County, it marks that the autonomous region has completed the target task of popularizing and applying the electronic license for river sand mining three months ahead of schedule, and has made a major breakthrough in deepening the reform of water conservancy "release and control clothing" and improving the efficiency of water conservancy government services.
